My Treatment Approach
Relationships are central to the human experience. They shape our expectations about the world, our interactions, and others in our lives. At times, our experiences can leave us feeling dissatisfied, disconnected, and even disillusioned. Psychotherapy can lead to better relationships and overall health by providing an opportunity to explore your unique questions and challenges. I seek to provide individuals with a safe space where we can work toward change in a collaborative fashion. I take an integrative approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to each individual client’s needs. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and dialectical behavioral approaches as appropriate.
